Yes — every walk-up, every floor. We come to your apartment door regardless of building type. Hand off the bag at the door, or leave it inside if you've coordinated with us.
How far south does pickup go?
Down to the Manhattan Bridge. The LES catchment runs from East Houston south, between the Bowery and the East River. No exclusions — every block.
What's the difference between same-day and next-day?
Same-day means pickup before noon, back the same day at $2.50/lb. Next-day is the routine — pickup any window, back the following day, $2.30/lb.
Do you handle dry cleaning and tailoring for LES residents too?
Yes. Same pickup mechanic — schedule online, hand off at your door. Dry cleaning is back in 3 days; tailoring is case-by-case.
