How fast is pickup from the East Village?
Our e-trike runs the neighborhood daily. Schedule online and pick a window — 7-10am, 10am-1pm, 2-5pm, or 5-8pm — and we route the pickup that day.
What's the difference between same-day and next-day?
Same-day means pickup before noon, back the same day at $2.50/lb. Next-day is the routine — pickup any window, back the following day, $2.30/lb.
Do you handle dry cleaning and tailoring for East Village residents too?
Yes. Same pickup mechanic — schedule online, hand off at your door. Dry cleaning is back in 3 days; tailoring is case-by-case.
