Place a same-day order online, or hand off your laundry at the shop before noon. We get it done that day. Return time is your call — coordinate with us when you book.

Every order is folded by hand at our shop, not bagged loose. We use a premium hypoallergenic detergent on every order — included, no upcharge, no opt-in needed.

How does pickup work?

Schedule online, we come by, you hand off the bag — or leave it with your doorman. We pick up free across 12 downtown neighborhoods.

What's the difference between same-day and next-day?

Same-day means picked up or dropped off before noon, back the same day at $2.50/lb. Next-day is our default — pickup any time, back the following day, $2.30/lb. Use same-day for rush; next-day for the routine.

Do you handle delicates and hand-wash items?

Standard items go through wash & fold. Hand-wash, dry-clean-only, or wool/silk items should go through our dry cleaning service — drop a note when you schedule and we'll route them correctly.

What detergent do you use?

Premium hypoallergenic detergent on every order, no upcharge.

What if something gets lost or damaged?

It's rare — but if it happens, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and keep your receipt. Per our terms, liability is capped at 10% of the order total. Full policy on our terms page.
