How fast is pickup from Stuy Town?
Schedule online and we route the e-trike on our regular loop run. From the south end of Stuy Town to our shop on 14th Street is a two-minute ride.
What's the difference between Stuy Town pickup and the building machines?
Building machines mean hauling bags, waiting for availability, and folding it yourself in the basement. We pick up at your door, hand-fold at our shop, and bring it back. Free pickup and delivery, every order.

Yes. Same pickup mechanic — schedule online, hand off at your door. Dry cleaning is back in 3 days; tailoring is case-by-case.
Is there a special rate for Stuy Town residents?
No special rate — same pricing as everyone else. $2.30/lb next-day, $2.50/lb same-day, 15-lb minimum. New customers get 20% off the first order. After that, recurring-pickup customers get 10% off W&F.
