How does the card system work?
Buy a refillable card at the kiosk for $1 — cash only — then load it with cash. Tap to start any machine. Top up whenever you want.
Are you open every day?
Yes — Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 8 PM, including holidays unless we post otherwise out front.
Are there always machines available?
There's almost always at least one free. Mid-morning and late evening are quietest; Sunday afternoons are busiest.
Do I need to bring my own detergent?
Bring your own if you have a preference, or grab single-use packets from the vending machine inside.
What if a machine breaks while I'm using it?
Flag an attendant. If the issue is on our end (machine failure, not user error), we refund the load on your card immediately.
