How does pickup work in a doorman building?
Two options. We come to your apartment door directly, or — if you prefer — we coordinate with your doorman for the handoff. Pick what works for you when you schedule.
What's the difference between same-day and next-day?
Same-day means pickup before noon, back the same day at $2.50/lb. Next-day is the routine — pickup any window, back the following day, $2.30/lb.
Do you handle dry cleaning and tailoring for Kips Bay residents too?
Yes. Same pickup mechanic — schedule online, hand off at your door. Dry cleaning is back in 3 days; tailoring is case-by-case.
