Yes, our Wash & Fold service requires a 12-pound minimum.
5. Can I choose my detergent and softener?
You bet! Our default soap is premium hypoallergenic, but you can request Tide, Gain, Downy, or our hypoallergenic softener for an extra fresh touch.
6. How fast is your service?
Drop-off by noon and get your fresh threads back the same day! For pick-up & delivery, it’s a 24-hour turnaround—fast and fabulous.
7. Do you handle delicate fabrics?
Absolutely! Silk, wool, cashmere—you name it, we handle it with the care it deserves. Your fancy threads are in good hands.
8. Can I include dry cleaning in my pick-up and delivery order?
Of course! Just let us know when you schedule, and we’ll sort your dry cleaning separately.
9. Do you provide detergent?
Yes! Forgot your soap? No worries—we stock hypoallergenic detergent, softeners, Tide, Gain, and more.
10. How do I pay for the machines?
Our machines accept cash and membership cards. Easy peasy.
11. Can I just drop off instead?
Absolutely! If you’re short on time, try our Wash & Fold service instead.
12. What types of tailoring do you offer?
From hemming and alterations to repairs and custom adjustments, we’ll have you looking sharp in no time.
